I have 5 years of experience in the art of producing sourdough
Hi! I’m Diolexis, but you can call me Dio; it’s more friendly. My passion for baking began in 2009 when I had my first baby and decided I wanted to make his birthday cakes myself.
Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the world of decorating and creating desserts, mostly because I’ve always had a deep love for all kinds of sweets and bread is an irresistible weakness of mine!.
However, I realized that store-bought breads made me feel a little bloated, which led me to question their quality. In 2020, when the pandemic made bread scarce in the area of Florida where I lived, I discovered my new passion: sourdough!.
What started as a necessity turned into a delicious and rewarding project. Baking bread became therapy for me, a way to keep myself busy and positive during those difficult times.
«I have over 5 years of experience perfecting the art of sourdough bread making. My slow fermentation technique results in a bread with a deep and complex flavor. Today, artisan baking and pastry making is my lifeblood.
